Day End Report: 2017 May 9 & 10

May 9th
7:45pm leave office
9:50pm reached home, dinner + played a lot of SDVX
10:00pm get changed, boiled water
10:50pm did scoliosis exercise A, read 3-4 chapters web novel
11:10pm did scoliosis exercise B & C
11:20pm did some reading bout baking soda vs powder
12:05am finished bathing + dried up + apply skin medicine + get changed
12:20am read some manga
01:40am re-watch SYD
01:45am sleep (no report)


May 10th
around 12pm. Woke up
before 2pm. Went to Tiong Bahru Plaza for lunch + playing SDVX
around 2pm. Left TBP to go buy Nespresso & BK nuggets
around 3pm. Back to TBP & play another few rounds of SDVX
around 5pm? Reach home
until 8pm. Sketch Bank by the Bay
around 8pm. Did scoliosis exercise A, B & C
around 9pm. Watch anime (SYD) until 10pm, then went to bath
around 10pm. Went to bath
around 10.30pm. Continue watch anime until 12:45am

12:45am - 12:50am. Writes report.
around 01:00am. Sleep

Day end report: 2017 May 9th

Rough timing & things done through out the day
- 7pm, left office
- 7.50pm, finished dinner & reached Tiong Bahru Plaza
- 8.40pm, played SDVX, bought battery (Shop a bit in Fair price), left Tiong Bahru Plaza
- 9.10pm, reached home
- 9.30pm, started laundry ("daily-wash" mode), begin charging e-scooter, then using the internet
- 9.45pm, did scoliosis exercise A (lie down, for neck & lower back)
- 10.00pm, mess around with e-scooter's handler (tries to loosen to screw to make it easier to fold, but failed)
- 10.10pm, turn off e-scooter charging, laundry changed to Drying Mode
- 10.50pm, finished nasal flush & removing facial hair
- 11.00pm, done another scoliosis exercise B (hanging weight around neck while standing)
- 11.10pm, browse around the net, fb, whatsapp, etc
- 11.20pm, did another scoliosis exercise C (lie sideway with a roller around right side of the chest, the most painful exercise)
- 12.00am, procrastinate ends. Goes to bath
- 12.30am, done bathing. Slowly do laundry + anime
- 1.15am, done laundry (fold previous dried laundry, hanged newly washed clothes)
- another 10 minutes anime procrastinate
- 1.25am, starts writing report.
- 1.45am, finished writing report.



Total time wasted: 120-150 minutes
- 30 minutes, leaving office late
- roughly 90-120 minutes wasted on procrastination.





Tomorrow's target:
- 6.30pm leave office
- 7.30pm reached Tiong Bahru Plaza. Only plays SDVX, DO NOT eat any dessert
- 8.30pm reached home. Do scoliosis exercise A B C
- 9.10pm finished doing scoliosis exercise, quick rest, then go bath
- 10.00pm bath ends + dried body + done applying facial products + apply nasal medicine + done changing clothes
- 10 minutes meditate with music
- 10.10pm starts sketching
- 11.30pm finish sketching for the day
- rest a while
- sleep around 12pm



Terminology:
- Scoliosis Exercise A: lie down floor, putting things under neck & lower back. The exercise did the most
- Scoliosis Exercise B: hangs weight around neck while standing. For adjusting neck posture
- Scoliosis Exercise C: lie sideway with things under the right armpit, the most painful exercise since it forcefully adjust the bend spine
- Scoliosis Exercise D: Standing on top of flat balloon, put a hanger across the waist, put weight at the end of hanger's one side so the hanger will tilt left and push/pull the spine accordingly. Most tedious exercise.

Day end report: 2017 May 8th

Meaningful/Productive task I did:
- Meeting up with old friend (who's also my ex-colleague) and welcome his new working life in Singapore. (We ate Keisuke's pork ramen & chitchat a bit)
- Downloaded Coursera (mobile app), enrolled for a 101 physic course.
- Goes to fix my electric scooter, overall travel duration took me 2hrs+ go & forth. Spent 59sgd fixing it.
- Did some shopping in vivo, bought various stuff from Daiso & new face moisturizer.
- Writing this report


Less productive things done:
- Morning: woke around 11:30am, but rolls on bed until 12:30pm
- Afternoon: spent around 1 hour playing Sound Voltex after meeting old friend
- Evening: laze around a bit, surfing internet for a while only to realize I almost forgotten to take my electric scooter for servicing
- Night: procrastinate a bit, surf the internet. After bath surf internet again.
- Midnight: watched 2 episodes of anime + reading manga.

Estimated time wasted: 4-5 hours


Goal tomorrow:
- leave office by 6.30pm
- reach home by 8pm
- scoliosis exercises, shave & bath ends before/at 9pm
- 10 minutes meditation with music
- 9.10pm starts drawing
- 11.10pm ends drawing
- 11.30pm finished writing report
- 30 minutes grace time for anime or surfing internet
- 12am sleeps


Lastly, I went to bed by 1:45am

Today's journal: setting myself some new goals

Main goal:
- To complete my art "Bank by The Bay" before June 2017.

Some other long term goal, including removal of old bad habits and building better ones. Here's a short list:
- sleep by 12am and wake up before 8am. Doesn't have to be everyday but should at least be doing it twice per week.
- drinking a nice cup of (none 3-in-1) coffee every weekend morning. Doesn't have to be every single weekend, but will be nice to do it at least twice a month.
- do enough exercise. Either a mixture of stretching movement for 20 minutes, or go for a short 5km run. Hopefully at least twice a month.
- dedicated movie day, to watch any movie with friends in cinema, or hold-up in room & watch/clear piled up animes. At least Twice per year, but not more than 24 times per year.
- read more none-entertainment books, preferably more about science. Perhaps at least once per month.



Let's see how things go after a few weeks.
