Today's journal: setting myself some new goals

Main goal:
- To complete my art "Bank by The Bay" before June 2017.

Some other long term goal, including removal of old bad habits and building better ones. Here's a short list:
- sleep by 12am and wake up before 8am. Doesn't have to be everyday but should at least be doing it twice per week.
- drinking a nice cup of (none 3-in-1) coffee every weekend morning. Doesn't have to be every single weekend, but will be nice to do it at least twice a month.
- do enough exercise. Either a mixture of stretching movement for 20 minutes, or go for a short 5km run. Hopefully at least twice a month.
- dedicated movie day, to watch any movie with friends in cinema, or hold-up in room & watch/clear piled up animes. At least Twice per year, but not more than 24 times per year.
- read more none-entertainment books, preferably more about science. Perhaps at least once per month.



Let's see how things go after a few weeks.
