- 7pm, left office
- 7.50pm, finished dinner & reached Tiong Bahru Plaza
- 8.40pm, played SDVX, bought battery (Shop a bit in Fair price), left Tiong Bahru Plaza
- 9.10pm, reached home
- 9.30pm, started laundry ("daily-wash" mode), begin charging e-scooter, then using the internet
- 9.45pm, did scoliosis exercise A (lie down, for neck & lower back)
- 10.00pm, mess around with e-scooter's handler (tries to loosen to screw to make it easier to fold, but failed)
- 10.10pm, turn off e-scooter charging, laundry changed to Drying Mode
- 10.50pm, finished nasal flush & removing facial hair
- 11.00pm, done another scoliosis exercise B (hanging weight around neck while standing)
- 11.10pm, browse around the net, fb, whatsapp, etc
- 11.20pm, did another scoliosis exercise C (lie sideway with a roller around right side of the chest, the most painful exercise)
- 12.00am, procrastinate ends. Goes to bath
- 12.30am, done bathing. Slowly do laundry + anime
- 1.15am, done laundry (fold previous dried laundry, hanged newly washed clothes)
- another 10 minutes anime procrastinate
- 1.25am, starts writing report.
- 1.45am, finished writing report.
Total time wasted: 120-150 minutes
- 30 minutes, leaving office late
- roughly 90-120 minutes wasted on procrastination.
Tomorrow's target:
- 6.30pm leave office
- 7.30pm reached Tiong Bahru Plaza. Only plays SDVX, DO NOT eat any dessert
- 8.30pm reached home. Do scoliosis exercise A B C
- 9.10pm finished doing scoliosis exercise, quick rest, then go bath
- 10.00pm bath ends + dried body + done applying facial products + apply nasal medicine + done changing clothes
- 10 minutes meditate with music
- 10.10pm starts sketching
- 11.30pm finish sketching for the day
- rest a while
- sleep around 12pm
Terminology:
- Scoliosis Exercise A: lie down floor, putting things under neck & lower back. The exercise did the most
- Scoliosis Exercise B: hangs weight around neck while standing. For adjusting neck posture
- Scoliosis Exercise C: lie sideway with things under the right armpit, the most painful exercise since it forcefully adjust the bend spine
- Scoliosis Exercise D: Standing on top of flat balloon, put a hanger across the waist, put weight at the end of hanger's one side so the hanger will tilt left and push/pull the spine accordingly. Most tedious exercise.
